  • Yes! Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment total. No text or call will result in a fee of 100% of the appointment total.

  • Please text or call 832-922-8182 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations by email will not be accepted. Notifying us before the 48 hour time is best in order to not be charged the cancellation fee.

  • We understand that life happens - traffic, family delays, etc. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not receive the service to it’s fullest potential, but please call to notify of any delays and we will try our best to accommodate you.

  • As a hairstylist, I give each guest my full attention, knowledge and use my skills to the best of my abilities. I am also human! With that being said, I am extremely understanding and would like to accommodate everyone. I ask that you are open and honest with me during and at the end of your appointment. I am willing to work with anything that needs to be adjusted and take time to do so. However, I have a no refund policy for ALL hair services.

  • * If you are a new guest, you will receive a personalized consultation whether over the phone or text discussing you hair goals & expectations for your hair appointment. For returning guests, we will revisit your goals and chat about any adjustments you may be wanting.

    * The day has finally come & you’re sitting in my chair! Some services can be lengthy, you are more than welcome to bring a book, AirPods, computer, snacks, etc. You will receive a complimentary drink & I’ll have a blanket in case you get chilly.

    * Feel free to text me any questions you may have concerning your future hair appointments.

    * In order for the products to work efficiently, please have your hair washed the day before!

    * I love to take before & after pics, as long as your comfortable with it, we will have a mini photoshoot.

  • * Hair appointments can be what you make out of it - maybe you’re needing a chatty day, therapy sesh, or quiet & relaxing time - Just let me know the vibes and I’d be more than happy to hop on that train with you.

    * After confirming expectations of your service, the fun begins! Maintaining your hair’s integrity is essential to an excellent outcome - we take extra steps to ensure your hair is well protected.

    * You will be educated on the “why’s” and “how’s” of your hair color process, as well as educating you on how to maintain hair health outside of the salon. Proper haircare is key to long-lasting hair color & hair health!

    * Feel free to ask any and all questions while you’re with me. Even those not about hair, no question is too small or not important.

  • * Once your style is complete & the “after” pics are taken, we will plan for your next appointment, get you checked out and send you on your way with your new hair!

    * Haircare is essential for fab hair. Product recommendations will be discussed while you’re in my chair & available to purchase. You will also be sent home with a “Hair Care 101” paper allowing you to view the products used on your hair in the salon for future purchase.

    * Be sure to follow me on instagram @morganschair to see your hair featured on my page! That way you’re able to show your friends your new look & hype up other gal’s hair in the process.

  • Yes, clean hair allows our products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn't allow products to perform at its 100%.
